My Diet

Since retiring in May I’ve dropped a lot of weight. Not being around all the snacks at work helped, and of course I now have ample time to exercise.

Intermittent Fasting has been amazing for me. No breakfast, a shake for lunch, and a good dinner. Literature I’ve seen suggests women should not take food until 10:00 AM, and men wait ‘til noon.

220 to 165. No kidding. It’s the easiest diet to follow. Size 44 pants, now 36 or smaller.
